PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) will tighten travel conditions, especially crossings from Java to Bali and Sumatra or vice versa. Crossings to Bali and Sumatra must use a Ferizy e-ticket containing complete data according to the identity card and Vehicle Number Certificate (STNK).

In addition, travel conditions will still apply, such as showing valid vaccine documents and negative Antigen/PCR results, shown through the PeduliLindung application. This policy of tightening conditions for crossings from Java to Bali and Sumatra is effective from December 1, 2021.

PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Corporate Secretary Shelvy Arifin said that ferry service users must fill in passenger and vehicle data correctly according to their identity cards and vehicle registration when making online ticket reservations at Ferizy. "Starting December 1, 2021, we will only accept e-tickets containing complete data according to the identities of passengers and vehicles," he said in an official statement, Sunday (11/21/2021).

For the check-in process, service users are requested to prepare an e-ticket document containing complete data and identity cards of each passenger which will be verified by the officers at the port. “This provision applies to service users in Merak, Bakauheni, Ketapang and Gilimanuk. According to the rules, passengers who are entitled to insurance compensation are passengers who are registered according to a valid identity card," said Shelvy.

Dalam setiap perjalanan ferry, pengguna jasa diimbau agar membeli tiket secara mandiri melalui www.ferizy.com atau aplikasi Ferizy dan Sales Channel resmi Ferizy yaitu Gerai Alfamart atau Agen BRILink.
