Until now, the police have secured two perpetrators of persecution, I Wayan Armita Alias Pak Ega (51) Banjar Puseh Pengalasan, Sading and I Komang Bayu Alias Mang Jagapati (34) from Banjar Sibang, Jagapati Village, Abiansemal, Badung.
According to police officers, the chronology of the incident began when the perpetrators Pak Ega and Mang Jagapati played billiards at around 14.00 WITA playing billiards at Wilaya Blumbung, Abiansemal until 17.00 WITA. Mang Jagapati then informed Pak Ega that the victim had sent a WhatsApp message.
"In the message, the victim asked the meaning of the status made by Mang Jagapati. After sending the message, the victim then called again asking the intent and purpose of the status that was made, " said the officer.
Then Mang Jagapati intended to straighten out and apologize by going to the victim's house. It's just that, until in front of the alley of the victim's house. The two perpetrators saw the victim was carrying two crowbars. Then the perpetrator hit Mang Jagapati until it hit his right hand.
"Furthermore, the perpetrator Ega ran to his house which is approximately 50 meters from the crime scene, he then took a machete and a small knife and went to the scene," said the officer.
When he arrived at the location, the victim hit Mr. Ega with a crowbar, injuring the perpetrator's left temple. Out of emotion, Mr. Ega immediately slashed the victim indiscriminately until the victim fled to the highway.
As a result, the victim suffered injuries to his right hand, left hand, lower right ear, wounds to the left eye side, wounds to the bridge of the nose, forehead, and a 15 cm long cut along the left chest.
"Now the victim is still being treated at the Mangusada Hospital (in a state of consciousness). In addition to securing the two perpetrators, the officers also confiscated two crowbars and a machete.” several officers.
On the other hand, the Mengwi Police Chief, Kompol Nyoman Darsana, confirmed the incident. "Deal with the Badung Police, the perpetrators have also been arrested," he said.
