International Tourism to Open Soon, Bali Godok Integrated SOP

 Everyone everyone is getting ready for the opening of the international tourist corridor to Bali which is going to be recommended by the Minister of tourism to the federal government tomorrow and hopefully approved in Jakarta.

There is talk of several hotels being prepared for quarantine in Nusa Dua and the airport being prepared as well.

It's important to understand that we will not know whether we will have approval until tomorrow so stay tuned.

INDOBALINEWS - The Bali Provincial Tourism Office responded quickly to the central government's discourse that would soon open international tourism by working on an SOP integrated .

Head of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office, I Putu Astawa, promised to prepare an guidebook or SOP integrated that is understood by all relevant components. So that it can be implemented with the same standard in all lines.

This is intended to make it easier to prevent and overcome the spread of Covid-19 in the tourism sector. 

This was conveyed during the Focus Group Discussion event in order to discuss the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation number 34 of 2021, which was carried out in a hybrid manner, at the Bali Provincial Tourism Office, Tuesday 28 September 2021.

"To follow up on suggestions from FGD participants, I together with experts, especially tourism experts, will soon gather to prepare a SOP joint/ integrated in handling tourists so that all components can understand and can act with the same standard," he said.

Astawa also added that a follow-up meeting would be held to discuss other preparations for the opening of international tourism for Bali.

This includes immigration officials who are requested to make official socialization through the media regarding the rules for managing visas for tourists who will enter Bali so that relevant parties such as travel agents, hotels and so on can provide clear information regarding visa processing.
