PT. BALI LUXURY VILLAS among first villas in Bali to be C.H.S.E. Certified by the Indonesian Govt.

PT. Bali luxury Villas who is a pioneer of Bali Luxury Villas was one of the first villas in Sanur, Denpasar, and Indonesia to be certified by the C.H.S.E. as Clean, Safe, Healthy and Environmentally Sustainable.

 

 Currently there are only six villa complexes certified in all of Denpasar which includes Sanur.

PT. Bali Luxury Villas have received certificates for their  Emerald Villas,Golden Villas, and Jade Villas . 

There has only been three other Villa complexes certified to date in Denpasar, so they represent 50% of all the available C.H.S.E. certified villas in Denpasar which includes the first beachfront resort area in Bali, Sanur.

This was not an easy accomplishment. Lengthily hours of work and document completion were unselfishly completed by CO-Owner Azizah and our staff even on Saturday and Sundays.

Special thanks goes to all our management included but not limited to Assistant Manager Gede, Housekeeping Manager Wayan and Wayan our Security manager  plus Yanthi, Ratih, Deva and Komang and as well.

Extra special thanks to Annie & Putu in accounting who worked diligently to complete all the forms.

The person most responsible for achieving this difficult task is the Co-owner of PT. B.A.L.I. Siti Nur Azizah who also is a very successful fully licensed Notaris on the Island of Bali

As a result of their efforts all 70+ staff will reap the benefits of vacationers seeking our C.H.S.E. certified villas above other villas in our same location. 

Hopefully this will be just one more step towards putting everybody back to full-time employment in the future.

The International Airport is opening for the first time in almost 18 months in just two days.They've dropped the quarantine to 5 days. 

We hope that in the near future Sanur, which is one of only 3 green zones where we are representing 50% of the villas that are approved in that Green Zone will benefit immensely .

We will add this prestigious C.H.S.C. certificate to our other accomplishments of being hailed as a Hall of Fame award winning hotel from the largest online website Tripadvisor. Only 2% of the hotels and villas in the world have achieved this height. 

This year also marks my 50th year as a business leader.

So, although we are honoured that we received the C.H.S.C. certificates we must ensure that we continue to maintain strict protocol set forth by the government to maintain C.H.S.C. requirements.
