The opening of tourism Bali for foreign tourists (tourists) will be held in July 2021.

This, said Koster, was discovered after several samples from people tested positive for COVID-19 at the Sanglah Central General Hospital (RSUP). This sample was tested by the Ministry of Health Research and Development.

"One person who tested positive for COVID-19 with a new variant from South Africa has been declared dead at Sanglah Hospital, from Badung Regency. The victim has not participated in the vaccination program," he said.

Meanwhile, another person who tested positive for COVID-19 with a new variant from England was declared cured, in good health and has been discharged. This patient who comes from Denpasar City has participated in the vaccination program twice.

Regarding the discovery of two cases of the new corona variant, Koster instructed regents / mayors, sub-district heads, village heads / lurahs, and traditional villages throughout Bali as well as all components of society to make serious efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
