Did Donald Trump lose more than seven billion in less than three years?

Am I the only one who believes that Trump may have vastly exaggerated his net worth when he announced his candidacy for president of the United States in 2016?

According to Wikipedia "When Trump announced his candidacy for the presidency on June 16, 2015, he released a one-page financial summarythat stated a net worth of $8,737,540,000.

The following month, "he filed 92-page financial disclosure form and declared his net worth was "in excess of ten billion dollars".

Frankly I and many businessmen thought that Donald Trump may have been a solution to America's burgeoning national debt.I changed my mine a few months after he began his candidacy.

Now they're saying he is only worth closer to 3 billion.
"Donald Trump
45th U.S. President
Donald John Trump is the 45th and current President of the United States, in office since January 20, 2017. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Wikipedia
Net worth3.1 billion USD (2018) Forbes,Trending"

So either he lied about his net worth or he lost six or seven billion since he started running for office.

Nobody knows the truth because he is not willing to release his tax returns, which he also promised to do.

I don't think he spent it while in office especially when he went to Key Largo frequently to play golf using Govt. airplanes.

Anyways I think he is going to be a lot poorer after paying for his latest team of lawyers who are fighting off the F.B.I. investigation.

Maybe the Corporations that he is part of will say " Your Fired" for losing so much money.
