Standing Room Only - Largest interest in Bali Real Estate seminar in history.

Over the past 15 years we have been practically the only company running Bali Real Estate seminars in Bali, Jakarta Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Canada.

During that time although we advertised extensively in newspapers the average audience was only about 15 attendees.

Even during seminars in Bali over this past Christmas holiday we only had an average of 10 attendees.












So needless to say we were shocked last Saturday when over 50 guests showed up at our seminar in a room that can only handle 23 guests.



Most of the additional 20 guests were unconfirmed and therefore unexpected otherwise we would have booked a larger room.

The reason for approximately 200% more attendees than normal the past 15 years is that Bali has just undergone the first downturn in modern history prices .

This is the reason we decided to run seminars for the first time in three years because we believe this is the second best time to buy Bali real estate this century.

We believe that the stimulus for the next round of increases will be recent changes and clarification in foreign ownership laws for Bali real estate which were clearly detailed in the seminar held this past Saturday.

Since my wife Azizah is a fully qualified Indonesian Government Authorized Notaris we receive the latest changes in Indonesian ownership laws by email and Seminars the moment they are issued. So we are one of the first in our industry to share these changes.

Many real estate owners who purchased the last two years are depressed and worried especially if they have purchased Bali properties with what's called the nominee system.  We have been been warning for the past 15 years the Nominee System is illegal and a grey area of  law.
In March 2014 a Govt. Minister also warned that Nominee agreements are illegal and that foreigners may lose their property.

Most of the attendees came because they wanted to know about new changes in foreign ownership laws allowing foreigners to have up to 80 years ownership and bank financing with full legal control of Bali properties under their own name.

We believe this large showing and additional bookings for this week's coming seminar indicate that the market is at the beginning of a major bull market that will last 3-10 years.
