Six chefs come together in who would to celebrate Bali – One of the most memorial meals ever in Bali

Last night was certainly one of the best dining venues I've ever attended in Bali, in fact in the world.

Six of Bali's finest chefs put on a display of delicious cuisine that coupled Bali's unique spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits was magnificent.

The "Best of Bali 2018" was held at the fabulous Mosaic restaurant in Ubud which is consistently ranked as one of the top restaurants in Asia.

The owner, Master chef Chris Salans performed his magic once again by managing the event which had everyone in attendance in awe.

My beautiful wife Azizah and I were fortunate enough to be seated with two famous chefs in their own right.

Pascal, who owns a famous restaurant in France and his wife a Movie Producer plus Californian Michael Shaheen, head chef of the Sardine restaurant. One of Bali's finest restaurants in seven yet.

One of the most unique dishes was the black olive King Fish Carp with a cucumber, avocado, black radish and micro tomato consummate by Chef Daniel of the Grow restaurant.

My personal favorite was the 21 day aged duck breast with baby corn morninga, cauliflower and Opor by Chef Mandif at Blanco restaurant
The soft Bali taco with brown rice tortilla and braised mushrooms plush chili salsa by chef Kevin of Cuca restaurant was equally as nice.

The Balinese milk chocolate and torch ginger flower by chef Chris Salans of the Mosaic seduced me to break my fasting and indulge.

All in all Azizah and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during this very special evening which we will never forget.
