At these prices Aussies should jump on a plane in Perth and come to Bali for a log weekend.
Pocket up to 30% more when you choose to fly AirAsia to Bali.
It's no grand secret that one of the best budget airlines to visit Bali on is Jetstar but when
AirAsia has a sale, it gives the Aussie airline a run for its money.
Right now, the difference in dollars is quite significant with AirAsia starting fares to Bali at just $175 return.
These flights take off from Perth, though travel out of Australia's major cities still comes down under the $400 return mark.
Compared to Jetstar, you're looking at $75 off the starting fare with flights on similar dates costing $250 return. That's a saving of 30% and something worth bragging about.
Travel dates range from September to November which is an
optimal time to visit for warm, dry weather. This also means you can pack light so you won't have to fork out anything more than you have to for luggage as is a standard with budget airlines and checked bags.
This sale runs until 11 March, unless seats sell out prior.
Before you hit up the AirAsia website, why not visit
Skyscanner to check out prices on your desired flight route and dates? It'll give yourself peace of mind that you're nabbing the absolute best flight at the absolute best price.
How good are these fares?
Standard discounted Bali flights start from $99 each way or $198 return out of Darwin and Perth, giving this sale a slight edge on the norm.
At the very best, we've seen
flights drop down to $129 return, though, so while they're not the bottom-of-the-barrel, they are well within the "sale spectrum" and considering you're looking at dry season weather, is not too much extra to pay for a heightened guarantee of a relaxing, beach-perfect trip.
